Ripieno di Milano is the product of husband and wife team Eddie & Sharyn Milano, who reside in Woodcliff Lake with their 2 beautiful children. Growing up in a classic Italian-American household, Eddie gained his passion for food at a young age. He went on to earn a degree in Food Service Management and then owned and operated a successful retail meat market/catering in the Essex County area for almost 2 decades. Sharyn brings 15 years of Account Management experience at a large NYC ad agency before taking a break to be a stay at home mom. Together, they are building this brand and are excited to serve the Upper Bergen/ Lower Rockland County areas!

Our Concept

Ripieno di Milano blends our love of homestyle Italian- American fare, years of experience in the high end meat business, and a new found passion for dough making. Our menu features a selection made from high quality provisions. We offer artisanal round Stuffed Breads, Family Meals for Weeknight dinners, catering trays, fresh cuts of Prime steaks, chops & poultry, and homemade prepared sides.

“Ripieno” literally translates to “stuffed” or “filled” in the Italian vernacular. However, the word holds other significance. In classical music,the “ripieno” refers to the group of musicians playing together as an ensemble without a soloist. Both interpretations embody our vision; the first, more literally (stuffed bread) and the second symbolically- representing all the parts of our menu working together and supporting one another without being overshadowed. 

Our food is prepared in a super clean, commercial kitchen, then brought to your door. Our business model is not time sensitive; if refrigerated properly, stuffed breads last easily 3 to 4 days and can be warmed in under 30 minutes. Most raw meat provisions are vacuum sealed and will stay fresh, with no need to freeze, a minimum 5 to 7 days after purchase. 

We have NO RETAIL STOREFRONT; we are a DELIVERY ONLY service. Simply place your order ONLINE ONLY and choose your delivery day- either early in the week on Tuesday, and either Friday or Saturday to get you covered for the weekend!

Versatility is one of our strengths. When an order arrives from Ripieno, you can either make a stuffed bread the centerpiece of your next party, have a casual family dinner or look forward to a proper steak night with homemade sides the next!
